ACCA Qualifications are open to everyone. Whether you’re a school leaver, recently graduated or looking to change career, we have a qualification level to get you started towards a fulfilling life-long career with ACCA.

Explore qualifications

Our most popular and globally recognised qualification, the ACCA Qualification, is ideal if you have some background in finance or maths. Where you begin depends on your existing qualifications.

All students must complete both the Ethics and Professional Skills Module (EPSM) and the Practical Experience Requirement (PER) before finishing the ACCA Qualification and becoming members.

Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) is our entry-level, group of qualifications, perfect for those with little or no formal academic background or experience in finance. It’s a great starting point and offers a clear route into the full ACCA Qualification.

Each qualification has a number of exams which you can take at any time to suit your schedule. You’ll also need to complete the Foundations in Professionalism module to be awarded any of the qualifications.

The ACCA Qualification will change in 2027

The ACCA Qualification is continually shaping to meet the demands of modern business. Ensuring we remain cutting-edge is why ACCA students are respected and in demand worldwide.

If you start studying with us before 2027, you'll study for the current ACCA Qualification - the only truly globally recognized professional accounting qualification. After 2027, all new and existing students will switch to the future ACCA Qualification, and some exams and requirements will change. But, regardless of where you are on your journey, existing achievements will be recognised and there will be no disadvantage in terms of progression and the cost to complete the qualification.
