Are you an apprentice or thinking about becoming one?

The professional accountant is evolving and ACCA apprenticeships help you stay ahead. We offer programmes that build future ready skills in business, finance and management, which you can find from our ACCA global website.

Ready to apply, then head to our help area to begin your journey.

[00:28]

Select joining ACCA.

And qualifications with ACCA.

Other qualifications.

And joining, registering with ACCA's apprenticeship.

[00:44]

Take a moment to read over the apprenticeship information.

When you are ready, select the link for the application.

[00:54]

Make sure to read the eligibility criteria to ensure you qualify to apply for this course and are able to provide the documents we need to process your application.

And then select start application.

[01:08]

The first step is to add your contact details.

Next, you'll add your primary address. This should be the address where you live.

And you can add a secondary address, which will be added to your invoices and receipts if needed.

Then select save and continue.

[01:29]

The registration code screen is next.

These codes are provided only by specific ACCA partners, employers, or education providers.

If you don't have a code, it won't impact your application.

When you are ready, select save and continue.

[01:46]

There's now a consent section.

If you select yes here, we have permission to register you with another qualification if you don't meet the ACCA entry requirements.

We'll select yes and then save and continue.

[02:01]

Next is the documents section, where you'll upload your proof of identity and qualifications.

And remember, if your documents are in another language, you'll need to provide official English translations too.

Add your documents, making sure you've added all that are needed.

Then select save and continue.

[02:24]

Next, you can update your contact preferences.

You can let us know if you would also like to receive updates by text message, and if you've taken any exams, you can get your results by text message too.

If you'd like to receive information from third party organisations, and if you'd like to appear on our list of past finalists, then select save and continue.

The next screen will ask how you heard about ACCA.

Once you've added a choice, select save and continue.

[02:58]

Before submitting your application, read our terms and conditions and select accept in the box under each.

You can't submit the application without accepting these.

Then select save and continue.

[03:14]

The next stage is to review the information you've supplied so far to make sure it's been recorded correctly.

The application fee will be shown here.

[03:24]

Apprenticeships in England are largely funded through the government's apprenticeship levy.

This means training costs are covered by government funding and employers pay the on programme fees.

Learning providers cover the cost of the endpoint assessment, EPA.

[03:42]

When you're happy, select submit.

You'll see your order summary page with the fee, then the details of the ACCA Benevolent Fund charity, and UK Gift Aid.

Select pay now when ready.

[04:01]

Choose if you would like to pay by debit or credit card, PayPal, or if you're making the payment by Alipay.

Enter your payment details, then select pay.

[04:15]

Congratulations, you've successfully submitted your application.

Our team will aim to complete our assessment within 5 working days.

You can track the progress of your application from the portal by selecting your name and applications.
