ACCA’s digital transformation programme is well under way
In April 2026, we went live with phase two of our digital transformation (DT). This brings B2B customers (including universities, learning providers, public institutions and employers) and future members onto our new systems, which runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
As many practitioners will also be employers registered with ACCA under the approved employers and other streams, some of the following changes in relation to employers will be relevant to practitioners.
The DT programme changes how B2B customers will interact with us and how they carry out certain tasks. D365 is the foundation for how we'll connect, support and grow our global community into the future. It brings:
- An enhanced customer experience over time, with more options to self-serve via an updated MyACCA portal.
- Through the updated MyACCA portal, customers can access support, raise queries and track their interactions with us in one place.
- A more-connected ACCA, with a 360-degree view of our customers and partners.
For a reminder of the changes for individual members brought in last year, please see Changes for ACCA members.
What’s changing for our B2B customers?
All customers will have access to an updated myACCA portal, replacing all existing customer portals. For some customers, this will be their first time on the portal. Others will notice changes to the look, feel, and navigation.
Customers will contact us by asking for help in the myACCA portal, instead of emailing. This is also known as ‘raising a case’ and means we’ll be turning off many of the inbound email addresses that customers use today.
Customers will be able to submit more applications themselves and make payments directly from their portal. This means ACCA teams won’t be able to process applications on customers’ behalf anymore. This includes accreditations and renewals.
B2B partners, including employers, will invite individuals to connect or register themselves, instead of ACCA teams doing it on their behalf. They will also be able to send invites in bulk.
